How the switch works

    Design your kit

    Open the kit designer and recreate what you have, or start fresh. Colours, logos and a quote in a few minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Create your club account

    Designs sit in My Kit with the full spec. Message your account manager from the portal if you want us to match an existing kit.

  3. Step 3

    Order from the portal

    Use a bulk form, a player link or Player Pay. Kit arrives labelled for each player. Typical turnaround 3–5 weeks.

  4. Step 4

    The rest of the system is there

    Club shop, membership codes, invoices and tracking. Ready from the first order, no extra setup.

Common questions about switching

What if we are mid-season?

Many clubs switch mid-season. We can match your current kit so there is no disruption, and save the new designs in your portal ready for next season.

What about our existing stock?

Use it up. There is no rush. When you are ready to reorder, the designs are already in My Kit.

Do we need to order everything at once?

No. Start with playing kits, add training wear later, then coaching and outerwear. Build the range over time.

Is there a minimum order?

For first orders we typically need 10 units per design. After that there is no minimum on reorders, so even a single replacement is easy.

How long does the whole process take?

You can design and save a kit in a few minutes. Production is 3–5 weeks from approval. If you want us to match an existing kit, mockups usually come back within a few days.

What if we don’t like the designs?

Change them in the kit designer, or message your account manager from the portal. Unlimited revisions, and the design service is free.

Can you copy our current kit?

Yes. Design it yourself from photos, or send them through the portal and we will match colours, patterns and layout.
