What is a membership code?
A unique, single-use code you give to a new member. They enter it on your club shop, choose their size and personalisation, and the kit ships to their door for free. You're invoiced for the kit cost at an agreed rate.
Can members personalise their kit?
Absolutely. When they redeem their code, they choose their size, enter their name and squad number, and the kit is produced exactly to their specification. Every item is unique to them.
How do I generate codes?
From the Membership section in your Club Portal. You can generate anywhere from 1 to 500 codes at a time, and each one gets a unique identifier with your custom prefix.
How does invoicing work?
We consolidate all redeemed codes since your last invoice, generate a detailed PDF with line items per member, and send it to your designated contact. You set the invoice frequency: weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or custom.
Do I need to hold any stock?
None at all. Every item is produced on demand when a code is redeemed. No bulk ordering, no dead stock, no storage headaches.
Can I choose what products are included?
Yes. You select exactly which products from your range are eligible for membership redemption: full kits, individual shirts, training tops, whatever you decide. You can change this anytime from the portal.
Is shipping included?
Membership programme pricing can include free shipping for the member. This is configurable per programme from your portal settings.
What happens if a code isn't used?
Unused codes stay active until you decide to deactivate them. You're only ever invoiced for codes that are actually redeemed, so there's no financial risk on unused codes.
Can I get printed codes to hand out in person?
Yes. Just let us know how many you need and we will generate the codes, print professional labels with the unique code, your shop URL, and eligible products on each one, and post them straight to you. They arrive ready to hand out at sessions, events, or in welcome packs.
