Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by CORE Teamwear ("we", "us", "our"), a custom teamwear supplier specialising in grassroots sports clubs across the United Kingdom.

By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using any of our services, including the CORE Club Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are placing an order on behalf of a club, organisation, or group, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organisation at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by CORE Teamwear. An order is confirmed once we have received a signed-off design approval and either a deposit or full payment, depending on the agreed payment terms.

Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise stated. All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude delivery unless specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if there are significant changes to the order specification after the initial quote.

Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Late payments may result in order delays or suspension of services.

Cancellation of an order after design approval and before production begins may be possible at our discretion. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled as custom products are manufactured specifically for your club.

3. Design & Production

Our design service is provided free of charge. We will create bespoke mockups based on your club's requirements and offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the design.

Once you provide written design approval (via email or the Club Portal), the design is considered final and we will proceed to production. It is your responsibility to check all details, including spelling, colours, logos, and sizing, before giving approval.

While we use industry-leading sublimation printing and colour-matching processes, slight variations in colour may occur between screen displays and the final printed product. We cannot guarantee an exact match to colours displayed on screens, as monitor calibration varies. We will always strive for the closest possible match to your approved design.

All garments are manufactured to our published size specifications. We recommend consulting our size guide and, where possible, ordering a sample before placing a bulk order.

4. Delivery

Standard production and delivery timescales are 3–5 weeks from the date of design approval and payment confirmation. While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Rush or express production may be available on request and may incur additional charges. Please discuss any specific deadlines with your account manager at the time of ordering.

Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of order. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon delivery and to report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 7 days of receipt.

5. Returns & Exchanges

As all CORE Teamwear products are custom-manufactured to your club's unique design, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on correctly produced items. This is in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt bespoke or personalised goods from the standard 14-day return period.

If an item is faulty, misprinted, or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or remedy at no additional cost to you. Photographic evidence of the fault may be requested.

Size exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis. Where possible, we will accommodate exchanges, but this is subject to production schedules and may incur additional charges or extended timescales.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, badges, crests, or artwork provided to us for reproduction do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting artwork to CORE Teamwear, you confirm that you have the right or licence to use and reproduce such materials.

Designs created by CORE Teamwear on your behalf remain the intellectual property of CORE Teamwear. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the design for the purpose of ordering and wearing the kit. Designs may not be reproduced, distributed, or used with another supplier without our written consent.

We may use images of completed designs, mockups, and photography of your kit for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORE Teamwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of reputation, or loss of anticipated savings.

Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the total value paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, postal delays, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during the ordering process is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling your order, managing your club account, and communicating with you about our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Any orders placed before a change to these Terms will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time the order was confirmed.
