Player Pay, start to finish
Parents order and pay for their own kit. You add the squad, share one link, and place the team order when everyone is sorted.
There are only four parts to it
Tap any of them to jump to the detail, or watch the walkthrough if you would rather be shown.
Who does what
- Set the portal up with your kit
- Make everything and label each pack
- Deliver to the address you gave us
- Add the squad and their numbers
- Share one link with parents
- Place the team order when you're ready
- Pick their player from your list
- Choose kit and sizes
- Pay for their own order
The whole setup, in order
The line under each step is usually all you need. Open one up if you want a little more.
1Ask us to set your team upMessage us on WhatsApp, or speak to your club.
- Let us know which team needs kit.
- If you have a sponsor for the front of the shirt, send that over too and we'll put the right kit on your portal.
- We build it all at our end, so there's nothing for you to set up.
2Open the email and create your loginWe'll email you to say your Player Pay is ready.
- Click "Open Player Pay" in that email.
- Choose a password you'll remember, then finish the setup.
- That takes you straight to your setup page. You can log back in through the same email link any time.
3Choose where the kit should goYour club's address, or straight to you.
- Send it to the club address, or tap "Send it to me" and save your own address.
- Once saved, that address is assigned to your team's order.
4Add your squadFirst name and shirt number is enough.
- Tap "Add players" and work through your squad.
- Last names are optional, so first names are fine.
- The number you give each player is the number they get, so parents can't pick a different one.
- Your squad tab then shows how many players have paid.
6Keep an eye on payments, then place the orderWhen you're happy, tap "Place your team's order".
- Your portal shows who has paid and who hasn't, so you can have a quiet word at training.
- The Payments tab lists what each player ordered, with their number and sizes.
- If a player has left the club, you can still go ahead. You'll get a warning first, then you confirm.
- Parents have already paid, so there's nothing more for you to pay.

They pick a name, the number comes with it
That is the reason for adding the squad first. No two players end up with the same number, and nobody has to guess what their child has been given.
They choose the name from your list, and the shirt number comes with it.
Shirt only, a full kit, or a bundle. You decide what's on offer.
There's a size guide on every item, so you don't need to send anything out.
Their details, then card payment through Stripe. They get a receipt of exactly what they ordered.
See who has paid, and who to nudge
Your squad tab is a simple count, and the Payments tab keeps the detail: items, numbers and sizes, ready for when the kit turns up.
- An email lands each time a player is paid for
- It also tells you who is still to order
- Place the team order whenever you are ready
One labelled pack per player
Shirt, shorts, socks and any extras arrive together in a pack with the player's name on it. You match the pack to the player and that is the job done.
- Nothing to sort or match up
- Optional extras go in the same pack
- Delivered to the address you chose at the start
Anything else you might be wondering
Do I have to add the squad myself?
Not at all. We can set your portal up so parents type in the name and shirt number themselves. Most managers prefer adding the squad though, as it keeps the names and numbers under your control.
Can a parent choose a different shirt number?
No, and that's deliberate. Once you've assigned a number it stays with that player, so nobody orders a number that's already taken.
Should junior players have names on their shirts?
We'd usually suggest not, simply because plenty of junior leagues don't allow names on the back.
What else can parents order?
Optional team wear such as quarter zips, tracksuit bottoms and full tracksuits, if you've asked us to include them. Parents can skip the extras completely.
What about goalkeeper kit?
It can be added alongside their outfield kit. They can keep their squad number on it, or have number 1 printed instead.
Does everyone need to have paid before I place the order?
No. If a player has left or no longer needs kit, you can go ahead. You'll see a warning first, then you just confirm.
Do I pay anything when I place the team order?
No. Payment has already been taken from each parent, so placing the order simply batches it all up and sends it to us.
How will I know who ordered what?
Your Payments tab lists every item, number and size, and each kit arrives labelled with the product, size and personalisation, so handing kit out is straightforward.
What emails will I get?
One each time a player is paid for, which also tells you who is still to pay. Then a confirmation once your team order is in the production queue, with the number of items and where it's being sent.
How long does the kit take to arrive?
Once your team order is placed it goes into our usual production process, and it's typically with you within a few weeks. If you have a date in mind, tell us and we'll let you know what's possible.
Shall we get yours set up?
Send us a message, or ask your club official to. If you have a sponsor for the front of the shirt, send that along too and we will build the portal around it.
Questions at any point are welcome, however small.
